Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes! I offer both in-person & telehealth appointments through the HIPPA-compliant Simple Practice platform. Simple Practice can be accessed through your smartphone or computer. Generally, best results are achieved through computers with a larger screen & over Wi-Fi connections, as cellular connections tend to be more variable.
Will my insurance cover my treatment?
I participate with some insurance plans, which are listed under the Payment/Insurance tab above. Some services I provide may not be covered by insurance companies.

If your insurance is not listed, I am happy to work with you with payment provided out-of-pocket. Rates for out-of-pocket services are also listed in the Payment/Insurance tab above.
If you have out-of-network coverage through your health care insurer, I am happy to produce a "superbill" for you to submit for partial reimbursement. Before scheduling an initial appointment, please call your health care insurance provider to ensure they provide out-of-network coverage.

How do I schedule an appointment?
All appointments are scheduled though Simple Practice which is the Electronic Health Record (EHR) used by my practice. To request an initial assessment, click on the "Appointment/Referrals" tab above and request a pre-screening questionnaire.
Do you communicate through social media, text or email?
No. In order to provide communication that is fully compliant with health care privacy & security laws, I only communicate through the Simple Practice patient portal or by telephone.
Can I have a friend or family member attend appointments with me?
Yes! I encourage you to involve other members of your social network (family, friends, anyone who you consider a support) in your appointments. Doing so can greatly enhance treatment.
