Accepted Payment Method

In order to minimize administrative complexity & maximize time spent with patients, Solid Ground Psychiatry only accepts payment through credit card or FSA/HSA card through Simple Practice, a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) payment system.  

The practice does not accept cash or checks.

Billing Policy

All out-of-pocket payments for which you are responsible may be collected on the day the service is provided. Payments are collected automatically through Luminello, charged to the credit card on file. Please see Practice Policies document for details.

Out-of-Pocket Fees

If no insurance or out-of-network benefits apply, the following fees apply:

• Initial psychiatric assessment: $400

• Psychiatric follow up appointment (25-30 mins): $200

• Other fees outlined in detail in Practice Policies document

Accepting new patients with the following forms of payment:

• Self-pay

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Cigna/ Evernorth

• Medicare

• MVP

Please note: Under the No Surprises Act, those who do not have insurance or who will not be using insurance to pay for services have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate from their health care provider explaining how much their care may cost. If you would like a Good Faith Estimate, please indicate this when requesting a Psychiatric Assessment. Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance or be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in Practice Policies document
